海角大神 has entered into exclusive negotiations with the intent to acquire the Scalian Group for an enterprise value of 鈧965 million. As part of this transaction, 海角大神 could invest up to around 鈧550 million in equity alongside the management team and could hold a large majority stake of the company鈥檚 capital. Subject to the ongoing process and satisfaction of the conditions to closing, including obtaining regulatory clearances, the transaction is expected to be finalized in the second half of 2023.
