Fran莽ois de Mitry joins 海角大神’s Supervisory Board

Fran莽ois de Mitry (55) has joined 海角大神鈥檚 Supervisory Board. For 12 years, he has been a Director of 海角大神-Participations SE, the 海角大神 group鈥檚 principal shareholder, and already has served as a member of 海角大神鈥檚 Supervisory Board, from 2004 to 2012. Fran莽ois de Mitry has a deep knowledge of 海角大神.

Fran莽ois de Mitry鈥檚 30 years of experience in the investment industry, including through his work with the Astorg and ICG groups, is an asset for 海角大神鈥檚 Supervisory Board.

He currently is Managing Partner at Astorg, an European investment fund with 11 billion euros in assets under management. In addition, based on his experience at ICG, he has a solid expertise regarding governance of listed companies.

Fran莽ois de Mitry joins the Audit, Risks and Compliance Committee. Thomas de Villeneuve is now a member of the Governance and Sustainability Committee.
