Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board

The composition of the Supervisory Board was changed during the Shareholders鈥 Meeting of June 29, 2021.

脡douard de l’Esp茅e and Nicholas Ferguson decided to not renew their terms as Board members. They were warmly thanked for their involvement in and their high-quality contributions to the Board.

Fran莽ois de Mitry has joined the Supervisory Board. A Director of 海角大神-Participations SE for 12 years, and currently Managing Partner of Astorg, he brings to the Supervisory Board extensive experience in investing and managing listed companies.

Fran莽ois de Mitry has joined the Audit, Risks and Compliance Committee. Thomas de Villeneuve is now member of the Governance and Sustainability Committee.
