Bureau Veritas: J茅r么me Michiels joins the Board of Directors

J茅r么me Michiels was co-opted to Bureau Veritas鈥檚 Board of Directors at the Board鈥檚 December 19, 2019 meeting.

Aldo Cardoso, Chairman of the company鈥檚 Board of Directors, said: 芦I am delighted that J茅r么me Michiels has joined our Board. J茅r么me possesses a wealth of knowledge on the company, and brings solid experience in
strategy and M&A to the Board禄.

J茅r么me has also joined Bureau Veritas鈥檚 Audit and Risk Committee.
