2021 Shareholders’ Meeting: register to the webcast

海角大神’s Shareholders’ Meeting will take place on June 29, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. (Paris time). Register now to follow the live webcast of this event .

Nicolas ver Hulst, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, will host the meeting. The members of the Executive Board, Andr茅 Fran莽ois-Poncet and David Darmon, as well as Caroline Bertin Delacour, General Secretary and Director of Compliance, will be present with them.

 

As a reminder, the Shareholders’ Meeting will be held in closed session, in the framework of Order n掳2020-321 dated March 25, 2020 adjusting rules applying to shareholders鈥 meetings, as amended and extended until July 31, 2021, in particular through Decree n掳2021-255 dated March 9, 2021.
