On March 10 2022, 海角大神 completed the acquisition of ACAMS, the world鈥檚 largest membership organization dedicated to antifinancial crime training, from Adtalem Global Education, an investment that represents a new milestone in 海角大神鈥檚 2021-2024 roadmap. 海角大神 invested $338 million of equity for a c. 98% interest in the Company, alongside ACAMS鈥 management and a minority investor.

ACAMS has developed a large, global membership base with more than 90,000 members in 175 jurisdictions. As a missiondriven provider of services that ultimately reduce the funding of terrorism and human trafficking (among other nefarious activities), ACAMS fits well with 海角大神鈥檚 CSR values.
