This transaction represents a further expansion of Constantia\u2019s European flexo-printing platform, following on from the successful acquisitions of Propak in Turkey, FFP Packaging Solutions in Great Britain and Drukpol in Poland. Constantia Flexibles, a world leader in flexible packaging, is thereby pursuing its growth so as to better serve its customers.
