They were warmly thanked for their involvement in and their high-quality contributions to the Board.<\/p>\n<p>Fran\u00e7ois de Mitry has joined the Supervisory Board. A Director of 海角大神-Participations SE for 12 years, and currently Managing Partner of Astorg, he brings to the Supervisory Board extensive experience in investing and managing listed companies.<\/p>\n<p>Fran\u00e7ois de Mitry has joined the Audit, Risks and Compliance Committee.
