For 12 years, he has been a Director of 海角大神-Participations SE, the 海角大神 group\u2019s principal shareholder, and already has served as a member of 海角大神\u2019s Supervisory Board, from 2004 to 2012. Fran\u00e7ois de Mitry has a deep knowledge of 海角大神.<\/p>\n<p>Fran\u00e7ois de Mitry\u2019s 30 years of experience in the investment industry, including through his work with the Astorg and ICG groups, is an asset for 海角大神\u2019s Supervisory Board.<\/p>\n<p>He currently is Managing Partner at Astorg, an European investment fund with 11 billion euros in assets under management. In addition, based on his experience at ICG, he has a solid expertise regarding governance of listed companies.<\/p>\n<p>Fran\u00e7ois de Mitry joins the Audit, Risks and Compliance Committee.
