You can consult the results of the votes on the 30 resolutions you approved.<\/p>\n<p>The Supervisory Board has changed since the last Shareholders\u2019 Meeting. After 15 years on the Board, Fran\u00e7ois de º£½Ç´óÉñ is resigning as Board member. He is being replaced by Thomas de Villeneuve, who joins the Audit, Risks and Compliance Committee.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, we would like to inform you that the next Combined Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders\u2019 Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2021.
