In the evolving context of the Covid-19 pandemic and the effort to prevent its propagation, º£½Ç´óÉñ\u2019s Combined Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held exceptionally behind closed doors on\u00a0Thursday, July 2, 2020 at 2 PM.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As a result, you will not be able to physically attend the Meeting nor cast your vote during the Meeting. We therefore ask every shareholder to use the remote voting procedures permitted under applicable regulations and made available to you via internet or via the paper voting ballot.<\/p>\n

As the Meeting will be held behind closed doors, you will not be able to ask questions during the Meeting, nor will you be able to add any new resolutions or proposed amendments to the agenda during the Meeting.<\/p>\n

You will be able to submit written questions prior to the Meeting, however.<\/p>\n

The Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be streamed live in its entirety on our website.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
